Dr. Valeria Howe

Dr. Valeria grew up on a farm outside a small NE Iowa town. As a child she never understood the idea of taking any type of medicine so when she first went to see a chiropractor who shared the same philosophy (that the body was made to heal itself and taking a medication isn’t going to fix the problem) she knew that this was what she wanted to do when she ‘grew up’. After high school she got her bachelor’s degree in biology and philosophy at Clarke College in Dubuque Iowa and then went on to study chiropractic at Palmer College in Davenport Iowa.

Education

Through chiropractic school Dr. Valeria was fortunate to learn more about the power of healing that was put in to every one of our bodies. She now understands that everyone should be educated as to how the body works and how we can keep ourselves healthy and well with out medication and without and nervous system interference. She feels that it is her duty to share this information with anyone that she meets, so that they may have the opportunity to get their health and their life back and to maintain that health for the rest of their life.

After Graduation

Since graduation she has worked in many larger cities helping offices teach their community about the power of the chiropractic adjustment and helping the sick and suffering get healthy and well. Her journey has taken her to Dallas, Texas back to Iowa and most recently Charlotte North Carolina. She is happy to be back closer to home here in Onalaska and is excited to bring health and wellness to our surrounding areas.

Outside the Office

In her spare time Dr. Valeria likes to spend time outside soaking up that vitamin D. She enjoys horseback riding, motorcycle rides, boating, canoeing, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
